How to Search for Alumni

Click the Directory link at the top of your screen. Using keywords and filters, you can search the directory by name, class year, location, and more.

View Alumni Profiles

In order to view public information of other alumni, click a name that is returned in the search results. Once you have clicked a name, you will be able to see the information that the individual has chosen to show.

How to Update Your Profile Information

Make sure we have your most current details by updating your profile information. You have the ability to determine what information to share with your classmates.

View and update your information by clicking on My Alumni Profile under your name in the top right corner of your screen. From here you can update your contact information, employment, and more. Choose what to make visible to other alumni by simply clicking the Make Private button next to each field.

How to Register for an Event

Visit the Events Calendar to view events scheduled around the country. Hover over the title of an event and click it to find out more information and register for the event.

To register for an event, click the registration link provided in the event description.

Where can I find information about reunions or other alumni events?

Visit the alumni Events and Resources page.

How do I sign in to the Alumni Directory?

Visit alumnidirectory.colgate.edu and enter the email address where you receive messages from the Office of Alumni Engagement. A one-time verification code will be sent to that address.

I did not receive an email verification code. What should I do next?

Email advrecords@colgate.edu or call 315-228-7329.

Where do I enter my password for the Alumni Directory?

Passwords are not used to access the alumni directory. Instead, enter the email address where you receive messages from the Office of Alumni Engagement. You will receive a one-time verification code at that email, granting you access to the directory. The verification code is active for 5 minutes. 

I have a new email address. How can I sign in to the Alumni Directory?

Please contact us at advrecords@colgate.edu or by phone at 315-228-7329 to update your contact information.

I updated my profile. Why does the Alumni Directory still show old information?

Please allow up to three business days for updates to reflect in the directory.
